Founder & CEO

Claudia Soriano established All About People Consulting in 2019 and currently leads as its Founder and CEO. Anchoring on her 30+ years of experience in the Human Resource Management industry, All About People Consulting has become the trustworthy partner of various successful companies in the Philippines.

Prior to founding All About People Consulting, Claudia worked to strengthen the human resources pillars of several well-established corporations in the Philippines. She worked as the Vice President and later on Chief HR Officer at Megawide Construction Corporation where she responsibly developed and executed human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company.

Claudia was honored to serve as the HR Director – Employment of Cebu Pacific Air, Inc. She handled her leadership position as Assistant Human Resource Manager of Robinsons Land Corporation. Claudia also honed her HR skills when she served as the Assistant Personnel Manager of Manila Galleria Suites and as a Psychometrician in Universal Robina Corporation.

With her certificate courses on Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University and Strategic Human Resource Management from the National University of Singapore and her Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations from University of the Philippines-Diliman, she believes that it is her prime mission to be an instrument for more people to find opportunities and help more companies in finding the best talents for their needs as well as in providing the best intervention for their unique organizational needs.

Aside from finding her purpose in the HR space, Claudia is passionate about taking care of her husband and raising her 2 children.


Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder

Abby Marquez-Esteban is a seasoned HR practitioner with more than 20 years of solid track record and experience in local companies. She spent most of her career in companies such as UFC Group of Companies, D.M. Consunji, Inc., DMCI Homes, Rockwell Land Corporation, Standard Hospitality Group, and Megawide Construction Corporation (assigned in Holding Company).

Her areas of specialization are HR Planning and Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Succession Planning and Leadership Assessment & Development and Career/performance coaching.

Abby enjoys working with leaders and people managers supporting them in analyzing challenges, making decisions, successfully developing strategies to reach their leadership potential, and solving organizational challenges.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Philippine School of Business Administration as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from De La Salle University.

Her Talent Management practice is supported by a certificate course in Talent Management from Ateneo CORD and Executive Coaching from The Rizal Academy for Innovation & Leadership.

Abby is especially passionate about leveraging technology and helping her clients understand how HR tech can help propel their human capital programs to greater heights. Being an advocate of Agile HR, Abby celebrates the success of her clients which fuels her drive to reach and help more people in their businesses and career growth.

Ernesth Jordan Romano

Talent Acquisition Manager

EJ is the Talent Acquisition Manager of All About People Consulting concentrating on Construction, Real Estate and Property Management sectors with focus on Technical (Engineers, Architects and IT) and Support Group (HR, Finance, Legal, Sales & Marketing).

Before joining All About People Consulting, EJ worked with R-II Builders, Megawide Construction Corporation, Puregold Realty Leasing and Management and Nation Realty. He has nine years of HR professional experience in Construction and Real Estate companies

He has Masters in Business Administration units from Polytechnic University of the Philippines as well as Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management Development from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

In his free time, EJ loves to vlog and host events.


Chief Of Staff & Talent Acquisition Officer

Chelly is a committed and result-driven Chief of Staff and Talent Acquisition Officer at All About People Consulting. With her excellent skills and positive outlook in life, Chelly embraces her tasks and does them effectively.

As a Chief of Staff, she is a vital support to the company in accomplishing all administrative matters. With her technical skills, Chelly strengthens the online presence of All About People Consulting. Chelly is an introverted extrovert that loves being around people, good food, and using social media to drive business results. She believes in telling our story to reach our audience in the most authentic way.

Prior to joining All About People Consulting, Chelly served as a Customer Service Advocate at Hinduja Global Solutions. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management degree from the University of Santo Tomas.

Her well-rounded personality and leadership skills are magnified by her involvement in Junior Marketing Association, UST Yoga Club, Tomasian Cable Television (TOMCAT), and Puso – Red Cross Youth.

In her free time, Chelly loves watching movies and visiting different places to unwind.
